The department, composed of 6 nurses and 7 health workers, is coordinated by head nurse Monica Ronzani who coordinates requests for visits and checks and monitors the follow-up of doctors on hospitalized patients.
Last year, 215 Americans, an increase compared to 2022, passed through this business-class department. Reservations, in addition to Americans, also come from abroad, from citizens from various countries, but also from all over Italy, especially from the Veneto, especially from patients from Vicenza, Treviso, Venice.
In fact, after a uncertain start, the department born in 2009 is flying high. To have a room, you have to get on the waiting list, the occupancy rate varies depending on the months from 85 to 120 percent, the rooms, including the 2 suites with a splendid view of Monte Berico and Parco Querini, are more requested than a golden hotel in Dubai or Miami, in the name of 5-star healthcare and a hospital that manages to combine top-notch care and hospitality.
Thanks to a management policy that offers sustainable prices and high-quality internal management as a modus operandi, dynamics, and organization of the department. No problem with the language either. Here all the staff, starting with the head nurse who speaks it fluently, manage well with English.
