Annalisa, Beneficenza, Castello, Deep Purple, Emma... and so on until Venditti. It's a true alphabet of music and inspirations compiled by the Marostica Summer Festival of DuePunti Eventi by Valerio Simonato, which will celebrate its 10th edition next summer, adding an important partner like Volksbank, with ten evenings featuring big names in music and an extra event.
To use the words of Mayor Matteo Mozzo, "the ’good living room of the Northeast’ was missing a great charity moment: now we have filled the gap with a superb concert-show." It's just one of the announcements heard in Venice, at Palazzo Ferro Fini, headquarters of the Veneto Regional Council, in the most prestigious presentation the Festival has ever had, confirming the "absolute value and enchanted atmosphere that this event guarantees," as highlighted by the council president Roberto Ciambetti.

The grand gala
On Thursday, July 4, therefore, following the debut of concerts with Il Volo, the festival will make room for "Mura d'incanto," a grand gala in Piazza Castello in support of the Città della Speranza Foundation and Spazio Donna, at the forefront respectively in research against childhood diseases and in prevention and assistance for victims of gender-based violence. On stage, the Italian rhythmic symphony orchestra directed by maestro Diego Basso will perform a rich musical program enhanced by the participation of a series of surprise artists and a fun entertainment show; at the same time, in Piazza Castello, eight hundred guests will enjoy a special dinner prepared by the chefs of the La Rosina and Ca’ Nardello restaurants.

The other evenings
The musical menu of the other evenings, already disclosed in recent months with a flurry of announcements, satisfies enthusiasts of all genres. The global melodies of Il Volo, the pop priestesses Emma and Annalisa, the inimitable style of Mahmood, the return of Take That, the inexhaustible Antonello Venditti with a great nostalgia operation of singer-songwriters, the traditional disco night inspired by the 90s. And above all, even more unique, the history of world rock embodied by Deep Purple and the double date of Pooh, the only occasion where they can be heard accompanied by a 40-member orchestra, always directed by Diego Basso, who is preparing arrangements for forty songs.
